SETCCE-issued certificate with the same legal value as a handwritten signature. Required for ePorezi, eFaktura, APR and other government portals. We handle the entire process — application, issuance, installation, training.
Three legal obligations require a qualified electronic signature in Serbia.
Monthly PPP-PD declarations must be filed electronically. Without a qualified e-signature, the portal rejects submissions and the tax office issues penalties starting from 25,000 RSD per missed deadline.
Mandatory since 2023 for all VAT-registered companies. Every issued invoice must be electronically signed before transmission. Non-compliance carries fines of 50,000 to 500,000 RSD.
Updating company details at APR, registering beneficial owners, accessing the central registry of accounts, MUP queries — all require a qualified e-signature for the legal representative.
No hidden fees, no extra charges. One price, complete service.
A qualified electronic signature (KEP) is a legally binding digital signature issued by an accredited Certification Authority. In Serbia it has the same legal value as a handwritten signature and is required for filing taxes (ePorezi), issuing eInvoices (eFaktura), and accessing government portals.
Several Certification Authorities issue qualified e-signatures: SETCCE (the most widely used by foreign founders), MUP, Privredna komora Srbije, and Pošta Srbije. We help with SETCCE since it offers the fastest issuance and best multilingual support.
From application to delivery typically 3-5 business days. The certificate must be installed on a smart card or USB token, which we provide. Installation and configuration on your computer takes 30 minutes — we handle this remotely or in person.
The 170 EUR price includes: SETCCE qualified certificate (valid for 1 year), smart card or USB token, document preparation, application submission, installation and configuration on your computer, and a one-hour training on how to use it with ePorezi, eFaktura and APR portals.
Yes. Any individual who is the legal representative of a Serbian company can obtain a qualified e-signature, regardless of nationality. You'll need your passport, company registration documents, and a Serbian residence address. We handle the entire process.
The certificate is valid for 1 year. We send renewal reminders 30 days before expiry. Renewal is simpler than initial issuance — typically 1-2 days and 130 EUR. If the certificate expires, you cannot file taxes or issue eInvoices until renewed, which carries penalties — so don't let it lapse.
